Eric J. Rivas' path began in Venezuela, and through his parent's sacrifice they were all lucky enough to migrate to the United States. Regardless of the adversities placed in front of them he learned the most important attributes to success. Perseverance, authenticity and determination. Leading to a work ethic driven by the desire to reach a life of abundance he can share with his family and friends through the opportunities few countries can provide the way this nation can.Â
